As a dedicated youth baseball instructor, he’s coached more than 25 teams over the past decade mentoring young athletes ages 5-14. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, perseverance and character. He believes youth sports are a classroom where players can learn skills that translate into being good students, employees, partners and future leaders.

Sean’s dedication to community and family is unwavering. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran and founding board member of a local nonprofit, he’s committed to service, integrity and excellence. He and his wife, a devoted kindergarten teacher, are proud parents of two boys and active contributors to their community.
