Born in California but raised in Ireland, Ellen brings over a decade of leadership experience from her time in education; experience that now serves her well as she bravely takes on her newest challenge: keeping Nicole and Mikaela’s calendars from spontaneously combusting!

Academically, Ellen has collected qualifications the way others collect houseplants. She holds four third-level degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in English and Modern Irish (yes, she’s a fluent Gaeilge speaker), a Masters, a Post-Graduate Certificate, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Throughout her life, Ellen has been dedicated to community and service, volunteering with organizations such as Foróige, Women’s Aid Ireland, and local food banks, with a special passion for initiatives that support women.

As a Licensed Executive Assistant with The Ji Group, Ellen brings calm, clarity, and structure to her new “classroom”, the Ji Group office, ensuring clients and teammates alike feel supported every step of the way.

When she is not organizing the world, Ellen and her husband are cheering on the Seattle Storm or the new Seattle Torrents. Ellen also loves listening to Taylor Swift and devouring books on her Kindle or through audiobooks. Ellen is excited to continue settling into the Pacific Northwest and helping clients navigate meaningful life transitions with confidence and care.
